COMPANY PROFILE*

Our Company has been established in 1978 in Turkey. The period, which started within weaving for the domestic market with limited sources, is now continuing with complex facilities, which
enables integrated production processes. Our company aims to create its own trademark. Thanks to rationalistic investments, and an experienced managing team, the company keeps developing. With its qualified staff, traditional quality mental, strong capital structure and its advanced machinery, Our Company is hopeful for the future.

Departments

In our integrated facilities, located in 64.030 m² closed area, and with our 1050 employees we are producing 220 tons per month and exporting all of these products.

Yarn Spinning

Since July 2004, our company has its own yarn producing facility, having an average capacity of;

310 tons/month of carded cotton yarn

80 tons/month of combed cotton yarn

Weaving

The production is made by advanced technology looms. The average ages are four years. All kinds of terry toweling products can be woven by

22 dobby looms

29 jacquard looms

4 jumbo jacquard looms.

for the next few years it is planned to increase the number of looms up to 100 .

In addition to sizing, we have also integrated warping and twisting departments.

Dye house

Dyes are prepared in our eco-criteria based laboratories and we have 18.050 m² closed area on 20.412 m² of land for dye house. Our dying capacity is;

544 tons/month of dyed fabric

120 tons/month of dyed yarn

Our company, as being aware of the importance of the environment and human health conditions, has an advanced purification technology for waste-water filtering and cleaning.

Ready made and Embroidery

Ready-made and embroidery departments are located in a closed area of 11.900 m².

Our ready-made department has an average capacity of 192 tons/month. In our finishing line

3 full automatic side sewing machines

110 automatic sewing machines

Metal dedector is used at final stage of production to ensure that our finished products are not only of high quality but are totally safe for use.

With 5 computerized full automatic embroidery machines, all your embroidery designs can be applied on terry products. Additionally, we have our own embroidery design department creating new designs and concepts for our clients.

Products

All kinds of terry towels, bathrobes, terry toweling fabrics, aprons, multi-purposed bags, slippers and baby clothes are produced with original designs/patterns and of course our company's high quality. All types of logos, for hotel and hospital industries, promotional products and high weighted products from 300 gr/m² upto 1100 gr/m² can be woven by our jacquard looms. Our experienced jacquard design team is able to convert every design from photo, picture or illustration into a jacquard design and then a real terry product.

Production and Sales

Our company is proud of being the manufacturer and exporter of high quality products, which meet the demands of our clients. This has led to increases in our production capacity and annual sales. In order to keep abreast of innovations we give extreme importance to the education of our employees. Beside our ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate regarding our manufacturing processes and integrity, respecting human health and eco-criteria through the production line have been awarded by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate.

Our products are exported to many EU countries mainly to Germany, France, Holland and England. Recently we have new customers in Greece, USA, Canada, Russia and East Europe. Expanding our market share in these new markets and doing business with new clients in Ex-Russian will be the next step for our company. The chart below, points out our sales in the last 5 years.
