KNITTING DETAILS:-

The knitting is done by world-renowned branded knitting machines like Mayer and cie, Pailung, Falmac, Terrot, Orizio, Smart, Jumperca etc. All machines are 8 lock, 4 Track, Multiple feeders, computerized with 14 to 28 gauges with upto 36 inch diameter in tubular form, also as a latest erection in OPEN WIDTH upto 60 inches. We can knit any possible designs to ensure quality in every inch as per customer requirements.

DYEING/PROCESSING

PROCESSING: The fabrics dyeing are done by the state -of -art -processing units with HTHP Soft flow dyeing machines with world renowned branded machines like Thies, Asian tiger, Sclavos, Akm, Flainox with Computerized, Auto dosing system ideal for dyeing of Cotton, Cotton Viscose, Polycot ton with huge capacity up to 2500’s kgs per lot. Yarn dyeing and Fibre dyeing any other Blends and Tie –N-Dye by using Azo-free Eco friendly Dyes and maintaining Eco- Tex parameter governed in respective Importing countries.
We are adapting Latest Technology with Branded Imported machinery’s for fabric Compacting, Heat setting, Calendaring, Mercerizing, Balloon padding, Brushing, Raising, Stentering and the Special Type of washing like Pigment padding Stone wash, Silicon wash, Golf wash, Caustic wash and the New kinds of Fabric Finishers are Ultra violet finish, Stain release, Perfumed, Water repellent, Wrinkle free, Anti microbial, Hydro fill, Fire retardant, PVA distortion finishing, Spirality improvement finishing etc. , to ensure Best Quality in all aspects of the garments as per Customer needs and the requirements

PRINTING/EMBROIDERY

Printings are done by Fully Automatic Flat bed printing 6/8/10/12 colours, MHM Chest Printing, Rotary Print and Unique collections of Photo Prints and also Special Type of Prints like Glitter Print, Sugar Print, Foil Print, Gold Print, Gel Print, Flock Print, Spray Print, Foam Print, Hi-density Print, Transfer Sticker Print, Wood Print, Perfume Print, P. V. C. Print and Discharge Print, Pigment, Reactive, Khedi Print, Plastisol Print, Radium Print and Phosphorescent prints. And many more Prints as per Buyers Needs and Requirements.
Embroidery is done by world branded m/c like Barudan, Tajima, Zsk, etc. , all are Computerized, Multihead upto 12 Colors and 80/100/120 heads ideal for any type of Designs.
Also well versed in value addition garments and specialize in embellishing of crystals, metals, sequence, transfer such as Swarovski / Czech / Korean crystal components, metals in all colors, transfer motifs/ stickers, polygon metals, sequins (hot fix) and also among value additions there were the traditional artisan embroidery with or without beads and mirror work as well as fine embroidery.
