We produce metal parts using the investment casting process. We offer you perfect surface and quality, flexibility to work with a wider range of alloys and complex designs, better tolerances, and less costs for your casting requirements.
In our casting process, a broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals are used. These include several grades of carbon and alloy steels, austenitic stainless steels, ferritic and martensitic stainless steels, tool steels, cupper alloys, aluminum alloys. Our size ranges are : Parts weighing from 0.25 gr to 30 kg. for steel and bronze alloys, to 10 kg for aluminum alloys. Dimensions 400X300X250 mm. and greater sizes are also possible with additional operations. The tolerances comply with VDG –MERKBLATT P 690 Norms

Our capabilities include die making , machining, heat treating, surface cleaning . Production quality is maintained through chemical analysis, dimensional controls, mechanical and non-destructive tests covering every stage of the casting process. Our Company is certified to ISO 9001 by American Quality Assesors in 2001.
We have the capacity to handle both large and small orders.
