M/s. Richa Knits Ltd. is a family concern started in October, 1991 by Mr. Sushil Gupta (Managing Director) with a total assets of Rupees Two Million only and currently having a turnover of One Hundred fifty Million Rupees and total assets worth around Rupees Two Hundred Millions.

Companies deals in the dyeing & processing of Knitted Fabrics since 1991 and have come forth as a Pillar in the field of processing of knitted fabric. The company has also established itself in the field of manufacturing of readymade garments. The Company has taken initiatives towards the promotion and expansion of quality dyeing so as to achieve international marketing standards with the help of highly technical & experienced manpower and latest technology of machines. Better relationship and proper coordination between the employer and employee is the key factor for the success of our Company. By achieving the skilled support from its manpower the Company is ready to face any kind of challenges that comes in the way of its fast and speedy growth and no situation can distract the Company from achieving of its goals.

A new Unit is setup at IMT-Manesar, Gurgaon, a prestigious industrial area in Haryana with the latest technology, machinery & equipments. For that Unit we have recruited a team of well-trained Qualified Professionals, Engineers and other highly skilled employees. Description:
We are leading processors & manufacturer of knitted fabrics &readymade garments in Northern Region. Our present capacity is around 9 Tons per day (both units inclusive) wherein the capacity utilization at present is around 90%. We have the present capacity in the garment manufacturing in tune of One-lack pieces per month. . In the near future Company has its plans to expand its garment division at IMT Gurgaon to Three lack pieces per month.
Manufacturing activity/Production :
The key to the success of the Company is the experience in the field of knitted fabric from last 11 years and has good reputation and is known for quality standards at competitive rates. In the first year itself Company had done fabric sales of around USD Fifty Lacs. Company at presently handling in most tricky fabrics like Viscose Lycra, high GSM Lycra Interlock etc. We are also exporting the garment in Europe and US to leading brands and stores. In the current year2002-2003, we have already exported the garment touching the figure of USD three lacs.
The Company caters to the demand of quality conscious customers. The Company's main strength areas are: -
a) Ferraro (SPA Italy) machine is used for grain line straightening.
b) Wet compaction along with Ferraro compactor will ensure minimum shrinkages.
c) All kinds of machinery like hydro extractors, tumblers, relax dryer, squeezer cum wet compactor to handle different kind of fabrics.
d) Laboratory equipped with all kinds of machines like sample infrared dyeing machines, wash meter, crock meter, spectrophotometer meter etc so as to offer quick lab dips and support R&D.
e) Infrastructure created so as to ensure timely delivery.

We have firm policy and procedures to maintain our quality standards at each and every stage. All raw material and consumables used for the processing of fabric is procured from internationally renowned companies like:
a) Yarn from Vardhman & Nahar Internationals.
b) Dyes from Dyestar, Jaysynth, Colour-chem, Ciba, etc.
c) Chemicals from Clariant, Sandoz, Ciba etc.

Moreover, we have in house laboratory equipped with all the testing facility.

To achieve international quality of knitted fabric we use machines like Mier & Cie, Terrot for knitting, Ferraro (SPA) and Harish Textiles for finishing.

To ensure zero defect we have online checking of GSM, washing fastners, levelling, crocking, and shrinkage. Emphasis is also laid on attaining the soft feel of the finished fabric.
