CUFROL 'Frantoi Oleari Umbri' (Umbrian Oil Mills) , based in Spoleto in Central Italy was founded by the Gradassi family and associated partners bringing together the traditional spirit of some of the oldest olive oil mill families in Umbria.
The Gradassi Olive Mill was founded in 1639 and thanks to their extraordinary experience have maintained the excellent quality of it's oils. It was the passion of these entrepreneurs for extra virgin olive oil that pushed them to combine their energies to create a central bottling and storage centre into which all their best production flows.
