aromed organic farming

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are an organic farming company, working to achieve the following objectives:

1. Provide training and worms to the farmers to make their own vermicompost and biopesticide.

2. Registering these farmers into a small farmer-group, consisting of 25 farmers per group for organic certification.

3. Undertaking contract farming of aromatic and medicinal plants from these farmers who are under the organic certification process.

We already have the following achievements under our belt:

1. A field network of 10 AROMED ORGANIC CENTERS in Rajasthan.

2. Contract cultivation of 15 acres of German chamomile.

3. Contract cultivation of 15 acres of milk thistle.

We are interested in tieing-up with agencies that provide market of aromatic and medicinal plants to us with buy back agreement so we can supply a range of herbs and aromatic oils through our farmer network . Besides all the above-mentioned activities, we are interested in setting-up an ORGANIC TRAINING CENTER, where farmers can be provided training on the following topics:

1. Production of Vermicompost, biopesticide and organic growth promoters.

2. Organic certification.

3. Package of practices of aromatic and medicinal plants.

The training sessions would be interactive and may sometimes be presided over by experts in relevant fields.

The intention is to create a certified organic production base for the contract cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants.
