I own two low carb stores in Ohio. I also make low carb sugar free products with NO sugar alcohols. ie: sweet, hot and spicy mixed nuts 4 oz. for 8 carbs. Frozen cream cheeze bars topped with chocolate and bottomed with nuts for 2 carbs and 35 grams of protein, and 'goop' which is a nut mixture that can be melted and eaten with a spoon or put on ice cream and that is 2 carbs and 20 grams of protein. (all sweetened with Splenda) We can not keep these products in the store they sell so quickly but we have no idea how to get them into the greater marketplace. The nuts would be great in convenience stores. I have had so many people tell me when they are on the road that they can't find anything w/o sugar als. in them at convenience stores.
