Design: - We have our own pattern-cutting department, which
can cut patterns from pictures or master samples. Mostly we manufacture
customers supplied design but also have some common design in jackets &
Coats etc. with & without zip off double lining and Helter tops etc. , If
you have your own designs just mail us the picture and we will copy for
you.
Quality: - Sherazi Leather Industry has a full control on quality production. We have a separate department for quality control. We stand behind our supplied Products and offer our buyers to inspect the goods before shipment for their satisfaction.
Quantity: - In the beginning we can start from minimum quantity as per
requirements of buyer to assess the quality. For large quantities we didn't
need extra time we have enough capacity to fulfill any quantity within
given time.
Material: - We use top grain excellent quality leather. For apparels mostly
sheep & cowhide & buffalo hide are used and in some garments goatskin is
also used. Sheepskin is preferred when quality matters and not the price.
It is expensive and soft with strength and pliability. Cowhide is used
when customer needs top grain but less expensive it is little stiffer than
sheepskin and also cheaper. The tanning is done by latest machined process
using top quality chemical and dyes imported from Europe. These chemicals
and dyes are perfect for skin and are free from AZO & PCP components to
avoid any skin infection. The thickness of leather used in garments is from
1.0mm to 1.2mm depending upon the requirement of buyer and styles of
garments. We use finished, Naked & Analine leather or any new finish
specially required. Usually the finished leather is stamped so that the
grain looks even and there is no problem of panel matching. Naked leather
didn't have any finishing coat and are only drum dyed and then polished to
give it smooth texture before feel coat is sprayed. For analine process is
special.
We use imported Zippers, Buttons & Lining from USA, Japan & Korea. The
Zippers and buttons are thoroughly checked so that the honorable user
didn't have any complaint.
Making: - Every garment is given extra care from leather selection to final
checking of finished garment this involves checking at different stages.
Prices: - The prices we offer are very competitive as compared to the
quality Sizes: - We use standard USA size charts and know the difference
between regular to big and tall sizes. Every garment is checked at
different stages to keep the correctness of measurements.
