Our predecessors were regimental bankers, to the British; later establishing them selves as cloth merchants, under the name of "JASRAJ PABOODAN". Due to our banking activities, we were well connected with all the tea gardens. This association helped us enter tea business. We exported tea to Sudan, Egypt, U. S. S. R. and the U. K. and locally supplied tea to many big companies in India such as M/s Lipton's, M/s Brookbond. Under the name of "OSWAL TEA SYNDICATE" (established in 1901) for more than 50 years. We currently export and sell tea in the local and international market in the name of "SURESH & COMPANY".

In 1920 we started "JAIN EUCALYPTUS OIL FACTORY" this firm is engaged in manufacturing, distillation and trade of essential oils. The oils we manufactured are Eucalyptus, Geranium and Winter Green Oil. Some of our esteemed clients include TATA Oil Mills, HLL, S. H. Kelkar, Nogi & Co. Bytco & Co. Presently we deal in many other oils.

Our late grandfather, Mr. P. Gulabchand Chordia, an accomplished AYURVEDIC practitioner, he prepared and dispensed ayurvedic medicines. His vast knowledge helped develop HERBAL COSMETICS. Which we now manufacture and trade under the name of "JAIN AYURVEDICS", which was formalized in the year 1981.

On January 20/2004 we have reestablished "OSWAL SYNDICATE". Being one of the oldest firms the guideline principle of our firm is "BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY".
