REQUIRED INFORMATION
If there is any requirement for the above mentioned commodity, kindly furnish the following details :
(1) the required quantity x the number of shipments ;
(2) your target price per Metric Ton in CIF basis ;
(3) the destination seaport ;
(4) the mode of payment ( types of LCs ) .

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) we require a 100% FULLY FUNDED, TRANSFERABLE and IRREVOCABLE LC which is CONFIRMED AT SIGHT by a prime bank ;
(2) PG Bond is 2% ;
(3) SGS inspection and certificate are at seller's cost at loading port ;
(4) minimum order quantity is 12500 Metric Tons ;
(5) packing will be in 50 kgs nett PP seaworthy bags ;
(6) first shipment will be within 45 days upon realization of LC ;
(7) all documentations will be raised in the name of my associate ;
(8) samples will not be provided.
(9) SGS certificates and Bills of Lading of previous shipments will not be provided ;
(10) the Brazilian sugar manufacturers and sellers will not be introduced ;
(11) tour of the Brazilian sugar plantations, factories, refineries and mills will not be arranged ;
(12) the banks involved in this transactions should be of the world's top 50 prime banks.

DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES
(1) the buyer sends a LOI and BCL. The buyer's bank stated in the BCL confirms the payment method ;
(2) the seller sends a FCO with complete contact and banking information ;
(3) the buyer sends a POF by Swift ;
(4) the seller sends POP by Swift and confirmation of the availability of the 2% PG Bond ;
(5) the seller sends the Contract ;
(6) the buyer sends the Non - Operative LC ;
(7) the seller sends the Operative 2% PG Bond which activates the LC ;
(8) the shipment commences according to the schedule agreed when the seller accepted the LC.
