Atlantic Horticultural Products business venture began in 1987 by marketing the Atlantic Cedar Mulch. In 1988, Atlantic Horticultural Products was the first North American company to market bagged Hemlock Bark Mulch for the retail market.

Several other types of mulches were added throughout the years resulting in a complete line: Cedar Mulch, Red colored Cedar Mulch tm, Black colored Cedar Mulch tm, Brown colored Cedar Mulch tm, Cedar Chips, Red colored Cedar Chips tm, Pine Mulch, Hemlock Mulch, and Hardwood Mulch.

In 1990, Atlantic Horticultural Products started to commercialize the Genuine White Oak Whisky Barrels which we transformed into planters in our 3 strategically located yards before being shipped all over Canada and the United States.
Atlantic stepped into this new century with an armful of rewards which we are eager to share with our customers. Indeed, after more than a decade of building strong business relationships with our suppliers we became the most reliable source for Genuine White Oak Whisky Barrels east of the Rockies and internationally.
