I have been in the crude oil gathering business both internationally and domestically for over 25 years now. I specialize in official "off OPEC" contracts with government officials from Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia and Russia.

I am able to negotiate contracts for very serious buyers (principals only) interested in long-term relationships. I have several opportunities for new contracts right now but I am reluctant to negotiate as my present refineries get first right of refusal. Given the current market conditions I want to branch out from these relationships for added income.

If you are a serious buyer with credit lines established I can get the crude for you. Be advised that crude is not bought with LOI's, ICPO's and RWA's. These are all broker imaginary documents.

I will work on a consulting basis and take some of the backend profit.

Additionally, right now my company has crude oil condensate from Bolivia. It is the finest condensate in the world. Specifications on inquiry. I have 300,000 BBLS/mo FOB Arica, Chile.
