We manufacture PU Foam for both comfort product category & Industrial applications. In the comfort product category, our products are sold under the “Sleepwell” brand, which is one of the leading & premium brand in India. For Industrial application, we offer PU Foam under “feather Foam” brand.

We manufacture three broad categories of products –

Polyurethane Foam products:

Polyurethane Foam Comfort Products: The comfort range of Polyurethane foam products includes Mattresses, Pillows, Sofa ‘n’ Bed, Wonder Couch, Back Cushions, Furniture Seat Cushions etc. in various models.

Each model has several sizes including custom sizes. These are sold under the “Sleepwell” brand.

PU Foam for Industrial applications: We also offer PU foam for various Industrial applications like automobile, electronics, aviation, footwear, furniture & apparel etc. This is sold under “feather Foam” brand.

In addition to the standard quality of Polyurethane foam in various densities and sizes, we also offer:

o Fire Retardant Foam
o Ultrafresh treated Anti-Microbial Foam
o Automobile grade foam conforming to FMVSS 302

We are pleased to mention that our Flexible Polyurethane Foam (PUF) can be treated with Ultrafresh, which is anti microbial, anti fungi and anti dust mites. Moreover our Santech technology enhances air circulation.

Rubberized Coir products:

Rubberized Coir Pads: We manufacture several sizes and densities of Rubberized coir pads.
The maximum size that can be manufactured by us is 2000 x 2000 x 125 mm.

Rubberized Coir Comfort Products: We also manufacture complete range of Rubberized coir
mattress in various models. These are also sold under the “Sleepwell” brand.

Latex Plus High Resilience Products:

High Resilience 60: This is the first non-latex foam to have all the benefits of Latex like feel, resistance etc. but not have any of its disadvantages like peculiar smell, low tensile strength, lack of reliability and consistent quality, supply etc.

Latex Plus Mattresses: Sheela Group is the first in its category to manufacture Latex Plus mattresses, which uses the High Resilience 60 and is thus called Latex Plus Foam. Some of the properties of Latex Plus Products are unique feel, no allergies, no odor and can be made fire Retardant.

Latex Plus Pillows: These are made of a single piece of Latex Foam which are designed to give the right mix of comfort & support. These pillows are long lasting and help in maintaining proper spinal alignment.
