We mainly produce and process a wide category of both wide-width and narrow-width dyed and reactive or pigment printed pure and blended cotton fabrics, including down-proof fabrics, for bed sheet, tablecloth, curtain, pillowcase and various other decorative fabrics in novelty designs. We also manufacture quilt covers, pillowcases, bed sheets, fitted sheets and bolster cases from our printed and/or dyed products. Moreover, we also specialized in Actigard® and Sanitized® treatments. Our annual capacity is 20 million meters of dyed/printed fabrics and 130,000 sets of bedding products. Most of our printed/dyed products and all of our sewn goods are for export to countries overseas

The factory premises occupy more than 30,000 square meters, housing a complete set of versatile and advanced sewing, printing and dyeing machineries and equipments introduced from Germany, Switzerland, England, Holland, Italy and Japan. These include a 12-color 2800mm wide-width stork rotary screen printing machine introduced from Holland, and a 10-color 2800mm wide-width Buser flat screen printing machine (Capable of printing a repeat of up to 175 cm. ) from Switzerland, and a 2800mm wide-width Muzzi shrinking machine recently introduced from Italy.
