Programs Employing People - PEP - is a private, nonprofit agency that provides services to individuals with developmental and other disabilities.

PEP was originated in 1969 by parents and advocates in a densely-populated South Philadelphia neighborhood. From a modest beginning, PEP has grown to provide a continuum of habilitation, vocational, educational, job placement and recreational services for thousands of disabled adults and children.

PEP Production Services fufills a diversified range of high-quality business and manufacturing requirements.
