D-MID CO. is our sister co. producing the Advanced Wound Care dressing like:
• ( DURA MED ) pre-cut multi-layers non lint low adherent dressing, developed for absorption, retention of blood secretion and for the treatment of high exudates wounds.
• ( DERMA TULLE ) Paraffin Gauze Dressing.
It’s promotes granulation , re-epithelialisation and effectively prevents undesirable scar tissue contraction.
• ( DMID GEL ) Hydrogel Dressing.
It’s providing the lesion with additional moisture, and useful for management of chronic wounds with their bad healing tendencies and difficult.
• ( ALGIMID ) sterile pad dressing of calcium alginate fiber.
Fibrous mat that can be used excellently to pack and cover wounds, even if wounds are deep and gaping can be managed optimally with Algimid Dressing
