Normal procedure (picture, word or slogan mark) : € 500, - . (excl. searching in system database which will be free if and when you decide to register with us. )

From the date we receive your payment the final result of the process and the definite decision will be known to you in 6 months. In the mean time we shall keep you updated on the process.

a. searching fee ( searching in the data base & administrative searching)

Searching in our system database is conducted by us, LawDirect, and will be done after payment has been received, the fee for this is € 50, - per trademark, if and when you decide to register with us we discount this amount from the total amount.
The result of this reach will be notified to you within 5 working days.
The administrative searching is conducted by the Benelux trademark registry.

b. application fee (per class) c. registration fee (per class) .

The first 3 classes you can register your mark in is free (classes = the various categories your trade mark is active in) every extra class (category) you want your trademark to be registered in is € 50, - on top of the € 500, -
Let me specify for example if you choose to register your trademark in 5 different categories the price total will be € 500, - + (€ 50 x 2 paid classes) + (€ 0 x 3 free classes) =
€ 600, -

d. service fee ( Trademark registration agency charges the applicant or overseas agent) .

LawDirect charges the applicant (in this case you) .
Hence, we start the process after payment has been received.

All of the above also apply for the Speed up registration except that the fee is € 900, - and every extra class is € 75, -
From the date we receive your payment the final result of the process and the definite decision will be known to you in 2 weeks. In the mean time we shall keep you updated on the process.
