Delivery time depends on the order.
We can provide you the samples of any item. If you have any specimen, send us with complete material description. We’ll manufacture it for you accordingly. We have references in Spain, UK, UAE & Kuwait where we are already exporting goods.

EXPORT OPERATIONS
We provide the documents according to the requirement of customers. No one can export of any item without getting export license from the concerned authority and we have the license to export. Our local chamber of commerce & industry issues this license.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT
There are many ways of payments but it’s depending on the settlement between buyer and seller. However we prefer and use the term of payment L/C. We can give you maximum 30 days credit from the date of B/L or Air-way Bill.

CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE
It depends upon the customer’s requirement. Insurance will also be decided the buyer. We can also provide this facility. We have agents however Buyer can also nominate the forwarding agent.

RECLAMATION OR COMPLAINTS
When the goods will be ready to dispatch anybody can visit us on customer’s behalf for inspection of goods. Our Company will bear all its expenses during the stay. Otherwise our responsible person will come to your country for the complaint if any found. We will give you discount for the damaged goods.
