ACC Changchun Electric Power Tool Co. , Ltd . (short term : ACC) is the first hightech joint venture enterprise which makes use of German technology and management to manufacture professional power tools in China . ACC was established in March ,1995 with joint venture duration-50 years . Before year of May of 1999, Atlas Copco Group in Sweden was a majority of shares of ACC. In Oct. ,2005, Chuanrun Group in Sichuan Province ranking top 20 among enterprises of machinery industries in Sichuan Province took over the state-owned shares in ACC. At present ACC has 186 sets of various kinds of high precise equipment and facilities among which 43 sets of key equipment were import from Swiss , Germany and Japan etc.
