Semicon Chemical Deflasher PCD-6150

1. DESCRIPTION
PCD-6150 is specially formulated to eliminate the epoxy compound residue on the
lead frame during the molding process. PCD-6150 can remove the epoxy compound
residue with temperature around 110°C - 130°C.
The solution will not attack the base metal of the lead frame namely, Fe, Nickel,
Copper and its alloy. It will remove only its oxide during the process of epoxy film
removal.
