Payment: Fully funded Letter of Credit in favour of the Seller

Initial Shipment: Within 30-45 days after the Fully Funded Letter of Credit is in place at Seller’s bank, and thereafter according to the Agreement schedule
Packing: In Bulk
Inspection: By SGS or equivalent at port of loading at Seller’s cost
