Engineered Hardwood floor

Engineered hardwood is 100% wood. It is produced by permanently bonding together multiple layers of solid wood in a cross-ply construction. Engineered hard wood, ranging from 5/16" to 3/8" thick, is designed to have superior strength and moisture / humidity resistance.

Construction:
- 7 or 10 ply of high density wood cross grain construction;
- Thickness: 5/16" or 3/8"
- Face and bottom veneers: sliced high density woods;
- Tongue and groove 4 sides
- Hardness average: 2500 to 3000 (ASTM Standard 1037 Janka Sal Hardness Test)

Warranty for residential use:
- Finish: 12 years

Installation:
- Floating, glue-down, nail-down or staple-down
- Recommended installation: floating
