Inspection
via Hellmann's or SGS or by 3rd party. Inspection point is in Hong Kong. Inspection must be done within 24 hours after notification of inspection date. After that SGS report is accepted as 3rd party inspection.

Delivery
Within 3 to 10 working days depending on order quantity.

Performance Bond
2% Performance Bond will be issued after buyer's ITLC is verified by our bank.

Penalty Clause
2% penalty if buyer withdraws from this contract after signing the PI or in case if the buyer fails to pick up the stock in the agreed time after the production.

Additional comment
Performance Bond will be in effect at the same time with the ITLC from issuing Bank. Performance Bond will be issued from bank to bank ONLY.
