Model Uni P-1001(Tea Bag Machine) : This model is incorporated with digital temperature controller dual set point individual for all the heaters with SSR Relays and heater failure display through Indication lamps. This model is used for packing tea in non-woven heat sealable filter paper.

The main advantage of this system in Auto mode the machine will not operate till the preset temperature is achieved in the event of heater failure the machine automatically halts and the indication is given both by the alarm and the indication lamp on the front panel indicating the element to be replaced.

It helps in reducing the wastage of laminate either due to failure in machine or operator negligence.

Model Uni P-1002 : This is the basic model incorporated with SSR relay and blind temperature controller and is used for packing free flowing product’s like tea, spices, namkeen etc. in sachet.

Model Uni P-1003 : This model is used for packing solid product individually with the help of bucket conveyor.

Model Uni P-1004 : This model is ideally suit for packing spices, detergents etc. in sachet this model is incorporated with auger filler for better accuracy which is mounted on top of this machine .

Model Uni P-1005 : This model is used for packing two different product in one sachet like pan masala and zarda.

Model Uni P-1006 : This model is used for packing water in co-extruded film.

Model Uni INT-1001 : Unitek Intelligent series is the latest kind of advanced electronic high speed packaging machine for almost all kind of material such as granules, powder and liquid.

Model Uni HZ-1003 : This model is ideally suited to pack biscuit and other solid shaped parts without wrapping incorporated with AC drive motor & digital electronics.
