Our production range covers many industries such as precision components for diesel engines and commercial vehicles, large complex, thin wall precision castings for the defence industry, valves, nozzle rings, Orthopedic implants. Materials : Several grades of carbon and alloy steels, austenitic stainless steels, ferritic and martensitic stainless steels, tool steels, cupper alloys, aluminum alloys, cast iron. Our size ranges are : Parts weighing from 0.25 gr to 30 kg. for steel and bronze alloys, up to 10 kg for aluminum alloys. Dimensions : 400X300X250 mm. and greater sizes are also possible with additional operations. The tolerances comply with VDG –MERKBLATT P 690 Norms.
