1. PBZ1300 gantry-type machining center is suitable for CNC processing on big and medium size precise work.
2. The machining center is made up of fixed base, movable worktable, fixed gantry frame, sliding board, milling head, auto tool changer, X, Y, Z Axis transmission system, coolant system, pneumatic system, lubrication, system, digital control system, and electrical equipment. The whole machining area is shielded from the outer environment of workshop.
3. The base and gantry frame are made of thick welded steel plates. The worktable, sliding board, mill head are made of high intensity cast iron from resin mould. The whole machine is in good rigidity and persistence of precision. To release inner stress, all of the big parts, such as machine base etc. have been heat-treated.
4. The X, Y, Z Axis are assembled with rolling linear guideways, which ensure high precision and long life of the machine.
5. The X, Y, Z Axis transmission is realized by AC servo motors, which drive the high precision ball screw and pre-loaded dual nut. The pre-loaded dual nut can eliminate movement clearance to ensure the repeat precision.
6. The machine is equipped with automatic tool changer of 16 tools. By this, processing efficiency can be highly increased.
7. The main parts of machine are imported to ensure the reliability.
8. Standard control: Siemens 802D.
