Process: Stamping and two stage plastic Injection

Features: Weight requirements with the metal insert, high level of difficulty with the tooling for the two-stage injection. Note the edges of the chips. These are good for China production due to high combined volume but relatively low qty of some parts – casinos use different colours for each value, and some of the values are very low (US$5,000 chips) . We resolve the final IP risk in this project by adding anti-counterfeiting technology through a federally bonded US company that has anti-counterfeiting technology.
