Emery Grains (Fepa Grits)

We are the export arm of one of the largest emery grain producers in Turkey. As you may know the only natural emery mine reserves in the world, are in turkey. Our company is tse(most important turkish standard) certified and will qualify for ISO very soon.

Our emery grains (grits) can be coarse, medium, fine or super fine. We are currently using fepa standards and we have grain numbers from 8 to 180(62 to 2380 microns) . If you are not conversant with the fepa standards you are welcome to specify in terms of microns.

These grains are used for coated or bonded abrasive production. Major industries that utilizes our emery grains are

Overheating loss:2.20 to 3 %
Specific gravity:4.02
Hardness:7,5 to 9

Packing can be 50kg bags or 1000kg bulk.
