BRUMAURIU - Moldovan Ice Wine

BRUMARIU is a natural dessert white wine made of the best Riesling grapes from the unique vineyards of Dionysos-Mereni winery. This magic wine is called a liquid gold due to specific technology of production of naturally frozen grape. It is quite fair statement so as to produce 1 bottle one needs 15 kg of high quality grapes. This technique is known since ancient time in Moldova. Similar technology is used by winemakers in Canada, Austria and Germany to produce Ice-Wine.
The wine has the intense sweet fruit aromas with dominating raisin and dried apricot flavors. It has a complex structure and an unforgetable long finish. Ideal throughout the year as an aperitif, best to drink chilled.
375 ml/ 2000 bottles produced.
