Monte Dias Red Dry Wine

Monte Dias Red Dry Wine is coming from the indigenous "Mavro" red wine grape variety by more than 85%

(the rest coming from Mourverdre and indigenous "Maratheftiko" red wine grape variety.

It has a brilliant, rather deep ruby colour with tawny reflects. Its aroma is fine,

complex, fruity and slightly balsamic with a very balanced, warm taste and perfect finish.

Grapes origin: Selected vineyards from Kyperounta village area at an altitude of 1300m.

Alcohol Content: 12.5%

Vinification: Grapes are collected in October and transported at once to the winery in small boxes.

The grapes are gently crushed and left to slowly ferment in temperature controlled tanks.

Bottling takes place early in May and then the wine settles in the bottle for at least one

year before it is brought to the market.
