1. Product: Cement Portland 42.5R
2. Specifications: Indicative ASTM C – 150-02, BSS 12/1996 or relevant specifications. Portland R – cement according to specification “physical and chemical” imperatively indicated at the time of offer
3. Total quantity: 1.500,000 MT in bags of 50 kilos
4. Performance bond: Performance jump of 2% of the value revolving
5. Destination: ASWP, CIF
6. Documentation: The precision of documents will be established according to cases
7. Target Price 42 USD/MT ASWP, including expenses of inspection of Véritas Bureau and/ or SGS
8. Payment: By irrevocable, Letter of Credit, payment 100% per sight of shipment, of the documents of bill of lading
