NX-G312 is a solid state Ex-lubricant that the oxidizing polyethylene wax complex with high polymer alcohol ester.

Shelf life : 1 year .

Product Application

NX-G312 is a highly effective release agent for PVC product processing.
It is used preferably for nontransparent application and the surface luster of the products.
It has widely used for PVC grains, rigid sheets, calendered films and shrinked films.
The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.8 /100 PVC(soft and rigid) , 1.4-1.8/100 PVC(flake and plate) .
