Usesage:

It is applied to BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, al-plated film, al-tissue as well as the compound film and paper with the same properties. Its mechanical speed is 130m/min.

Characteristics:

1. Main transmission unit: The main transmission unit adopts alternating current frequency transforming vector to control the motor. The heat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronism adopt swing arms to control its tightness and looseness, which is characterized by assuring the tightness looseness of the films in the oven channels.
2. Feeder:Group 1and2 feeders adopt double working stations to pre-start, auto discharging unit and pneumatic rectifier while the tension adopts auto tension unit, which is characterized by assuring the evenness of compound film's tension.
3. Rubber-plated unit: The mesh rollers control the scrapping and inking amount, The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink scrappers.
