QDL Helicut Rotary Shear

Integrated in single wall or double wall corrugated board production line, it is used to cut the passing web at order change or waste removing. The upper and lower knife rolls rotate to sever the board. Helicut knives cut the web with big shearing difference, reducing the shear load and impact as well as noise. Either man-made cut control or online automatic control.
With PLC control, it assists computerized cut-off and automatic slitter scorer to make automatic order change.
It automatically synchronizes with the line to sever the web with preset length. Furthermore, automatic scrap ejecting device is equipped.
Available width: 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2500mm
