High Speed U. V Spot and Overall Coating

High Speed U. V. Spot And Overall Coating Machine employs the upper-sway gripper-pass-sheet method to enable high speed of 6600sheets/hour. Teflon net U. V. curing conveyor is characteristic of high speed, precise position, high efficiency curing and low energy. After sheet traveling through U. V. coater and being transferred directly by Teflon net, delivery grippers can not be heated by U. V. lamps to avoid gripper deformation or damage and to ensure easy maintenance.

9678; Full/half lamp change, U. V. rays leakage proof mechanism and auto U. V. lamp-off device when conveyor net stops can guarantee the safety of operators.
9678; Built-in auto temperature controlling device, electronic switch-off at emergency with cooling air-off device, U. V. lamps auto up-and-down, to guard against the over-heat inside.
9678; Synchro-conveyor table keep same speed with main machine with smooth sheet transition, Teflon net conveyor with auto inclination-off device, sheet conveying in the whole process by vacuum sucking.
