Application:

SF-6035 is used for the shrink film packaging of foodstuff, beverage, pharmaceuticals, audiovisual products, hardware, cosmetics, books, toys, plastic products, electronic components and so on. (Can single use or used conjunction with Auto Sleeve Packager or L Bar Sealer) , especially for the shrink film packaging of PE.

Technical Features:
1. Adopt TAIWAN ANV transducer to adjust the speed, power and stability.
2. The exit parts equipped with strong cooling fans to ensure the quick formation of the products after heating.
3. Use double layer heat insulation framework so that inner circuiting hot winds in two directions ensure insulation and reduce of heat loss, and favoring of the orientation shrink of the products.
4. Imported ‘MITSUBISHI’ power switch ensure the quality.
5. Adopt electronic speed regulator, the conveyor speed is adjustable to ensure reliable transportation and good shrink packaging.
6. Stainless steel heating tubes with circuiting hot winds in two directions, where the quality of heat is uniform and invariable.
7. Imported high temperature resistance insulating heat fiber is used to reduce the hot loss.
8. Steel conveying rollers coated with silica gel covering, which can bear heavy objects and high temperature resistant.
9. Equipped with foot screw to adjust the height of the machine and facilitate to link other equipment.
10. With wheels, free and easy movement.
