PROCEDURES:
Looking at to simplify the negociation and to protect the Seller and the Buyer, we are listing below the procedures for a fast conclusion of the deal:
1. Buyer issues a LOI with complete banking information with BCL .
2. Seller reply with an FCO with full data: copy of documentation related to the CPRs, such as CETIP numbers, Insurance and Re-insurances policies, Euroclear registrations number, etc. Herein with the Draft Contract.
3. Buyer conduts the due diligences to establish the validity and authenticity of the assets.
4. Contract is agreed and signed between the parties.
5. Buyer issues a Prime Prime World Bank Guarantee, which can be cashed by Seller promptly.
6. Seller simultaneously transfer the CPRs to the Buyer.
7. Deal is concluded.
