All products shipped CIF Panama. Marlboro reds and light hard packs (20 cigarettes per pack) made in the USA for export only purchaser must provide details for the actual buyer, will be required to be qualified as contract purchaser by distributor if approved min requirement is 10 containers per month 120 containers per year as contract buyer if buyer does not qualify as contract buyer then spot buy arrangements can be made if they are qualified.

40 Foot container contains 960 master cases. 50 cartons per master case and 10 packs per carton.

All Payments shall show designated supplier firm as the beneficiary;

SHIPMENT

Partial shipments and transshipments are not permitted unless other wise agreed in writing between the parties;

PRICE

All prices are per master case CIF;

PAYMENTS

All Payments shall be for the total value of the ordered amount and shall be made by bank wire transfer for 100 % of the purchaser order / contract value;

DOCUMENTS

- Complete set of commercial invoices (3 copies) ;
- Packing list showing quantity, gross and net weight;
Complete set of clean on board ocean bills of lading marked "Freight Prepaid" name of vessel, date of shipment, port destination, container and seal numbers;
Certificate of freshness, less than 90 days;
Warehouse release certificate
