GENERAL INFORMATION
SELF SHINE ZARI EFFECT is a product which can be printed with addition of any desired pigment color or fluorescent color that gives effect of zari sprinkled over the colored print. After printing and curing it gives shining effect of Zari.

METHOD OF PRINTING
Initially add any colour pigment or fluorocent to Self Shine material and print the same directly on the fabric by screen.

CURING TEMPERATURE
Curing is done at 130 degrees -160 degrees or iron it from the back side.

PRECAUTION
If chocking problem is observed add urea to it and for more fastness add 2% Fixer to it.

MESH OF SCREEN
Use 60 mesh screen to get best results.
