SGS inspection shall be at the Cooperative or at the port of loading, SGS at time of loading will inspect that the product confirms to the following specifications:

Protein: Min. 35%
Oil Content: 18.5%
Test Weight: Min. 54 pounds per bushel.
Moisture: 14.0% Max.
Damaged Kernels:Total 3% Max.
Splits: 20%Max.
Price: Market Price
Origin: Brazil or USA
No rock, gravel, sand, larger pieces of wood or any particles that is harmful to human being fur consumption.

PACKING: The Soya Bean will be delivered in bulk

ARTICLE 3: QUANTITY OF GOODS, PRODUCT ORIGIN
BASIS OF DELIVERY
3.1 The unit of measurement in this contract is metric tons of weight (MTW) . Months are calendar months according to the Gregorian calendar.
3. 2 Quantity of each shipment is in MIW +/- 15% as per Delivery Schedule.
3.3 The total quantity of Soya Bean (+/- 15%) . to be delivered CIF Safe port of Shanghai - China
