The machine is fabricated from fine quality corrosion resistant stainless steel, grade 316/316L(AISI 316/316L) for all wetted parts. The machine is completed with:
- Machine body, pipe system, fabric take-off roller( 0.75 reducing geared motor)
- Machine body shell containing storage chamber with self-lubricating teflon tube and teflon fabric transport tube, front/rear service door
- Special double-spraying nozzle
- Fabric plaiting device( 0.75HP motor)
- Lifter reel device with driving system(lifting motor 1.5HP, frequency inverter Mitsubishi E540-1.1KW-CH)
- Dyeing liquid separating & collecting system
- Standard liquor lever indicator with magnetic float and rolling display
- Tangle miss feed limit system
- Heat exchanger with proportional temperature control valve
- Rinsing system
- Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump with driving motor and inverter (Mitsubishi F540-5.5KW-CH)
- Programmable filling(DN50) , draining(DN65) and overflow valve
