Cartoning Machine

The DZH-100 machine is used to take Alu/PVC medical plate or plastic bottle (vitreous bottle) to filling in cardboard box automatically. It can perform automatically the whole process of folding and conveying of leaflet, box forming, batch number printing and box sealing. The machine can also be linked to work with Alu/PVC packing machine, bottle filling machine and transparent film three dimensional packing machine.

Main characteristics:
1. Mechanical driving, variable frequency speed regulating, protection of automatic stop when the machine is over loaded;
2. Control with PLC program, automatically check the miss filling of medical plate and instruction book. Automatic waiting when there is no medical plate;
3. Equipped with the device for counting finished products and intelligent fault display.
