Rosmarinic Acid

It is series of phenolic acid compound extracted from labiate perilla leaves. The main compositions are anthocyanins, flavones and tannins. The amaranthine powder is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol.
