Multilayer pipe is composite pipe of five layers, inside and outside layers of which are made of Hight-Density polyethylene(HDPE) Cross-Linked(PEX) or Polyethylene Raised Temperature(PE-RT) , tightly bonded with melt adhesive to the mid-layer of aluminum core which is longitudinally welded in an overlapping way. All layers are extruded by one step.

Multi-layer pipe consists of an overlapped or butt-welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer of high temperature-resistant polyethylene. A special welding technique ensures high reliability. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for our pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements. . .
