Mango&Chilli and Papaya&Chilli sauces

Our sauces come in two flavours, Mango & Chilli and Papaya & Chilli, and are both based on traditional recipes from Laos. The fruits, chillies and other ingredients are all locally grown in Laos and are 100% organic and free from chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
Both sauces are very fruity, fresh and flavoursome with a light citrusy sweetness. The Papaya & Chilli variety is slightly hotter or spicier, while the Mango & Chilli is more mellow.
The sauces are absolutely delicious as a dip for deep fried food, barbequed fish, pork and chicken or drizzled on Salads and Sandwiches.
