PROCEDURE:
1) Seller issues Draft Contract by email for Buyer’s review.
2) Buyer signs and seals Contract and email returns to Seller for
signature, Seller signs and seals same Contract and email returns to Buyer.
3) After verification of above (2) by the Buyer. Seller issues 3 hard
copy originals and sends to Buyer via DHL.
4) Buyer signs Hard-Copy originals and returns 3 copies, including one
copy duly notarized, to the Seller via DHL; Seller confirms good
receipt of hard copies.
6) Buyer’s bank confirms by SWIFT PRE ADVICE or MT-760 to the Seller’s
bank
7) Seller sends Proof of Product to Buyer’s Bank (Bank to bank) MT-999
8) Buyer issues Non-operative revolving transferable DLC to Seller’s
bank
9) Seller issues Non-Operative 1.5 % PBG to Buyer’s Bank
10) DLC & PBG are irrevocably activated by Seller & Buyer Banks
11) Cargo delivery as per contract
PROCEDURES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.
Buyer has 10 international banking days in which to open the pre-advice
DLC or MT-760 DLC confirmation as per contract.
