Somalor fiber is made with DuPont Sorona polymer in we FINEYARN CORPORATION.

Sorona polymer, which is used in Somalor, is the most polymer platform introduced by DuPont. It is polymerized by 1,3-propanediol and PTA. In we China, we call it PTT. It' a new competitive fiber after PET.

At present, PDO is extracted from petroleum. However, Dupont has developed a new method to produce PDO with a fermentation process based on corn sugar, a renewable resource.

While in the mainland of China, we FINEYARN is its first licensee of DuPont to use Sorona producing fiber. And DuPont confers its weaving, dyeing and finishing techniques to we FINEYARN.

Somalor Key technical features and benefits are as follows:
