The introduction of aluminum composite panel:
the front side: aluminum coated with polyester or PVDF coating
core: nontoxic polyethylene/non combustible material
the back side: aluminum with/without polyester coating
Specifications:
1) panel thickness: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm (3mm and 4mm are the most commonly used ones and general speaking, 3mm is mainly used for interior decorating and 4mm is mainly used for exterior decorating)
2) aluminum thickness: 0.08mm-0.50mm
3) width: 1220-1550mm
4) length: 2440; or client require
5) coating: PVDF or polyester

The introduction of aluminum veneer panel:
With PVDF coating, the aluminum veneer panels not only have the various colors, but also have the advantages of superior weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance, chemistry resistance, easy maintain etc. We can produce according to customer’s designs and drawings.
Thickness of aluminum: 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm

The introduction aluminum honeycomb panel:
Aluminum honeycomb composite panel is made from aluminum honeycomb core and face aluminum layer with PVDF coating and back aluminum layer adhesive. On the basis of high technic, our panel has advantages of superior-flat, light weight, good rigidity and so on; And used as the exterior wall (for high-rise building) decoration, interior wall ceiling, space separation, room door, heat preservation carriage and billboard etc.
We produce marble, granite and wood veins color panel, which has the same effect as the marble and wood, but lighter than stone, and more rigider than wood.

Panel thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25m, 30mm, 35mm
Size: 1220mmx2500mm(or according to customer’s demand)
Face panel: 0.8mm thickness 3003H24 aluminum manganese alloy panel, coated with PVDF coating, the 2-coat and 2-bake coating thickness 25um±3um; the 3 coat and 3-bake coating thickness 40um±3um
