The idea of Softlite design in the beginning: practically we have been working on is to put the application of Corrugated PC sheet structure & the application of embossed PC sheet with the sunshade effect which could reduce the heat penetration, them both, on our “Softlite”PC sheet at the same time . And the detail of the effect are as following: the application of Corrugated PC sheet structure: the real application to apply the strength of PC flat sheet is not by its thickness, even by getting it more thicker. Then we did ignore the real function of PC flat sheet which will be tougher when it is thin. For example: The regular PC corrugated sheet(5 grooves) for the natural lighting of steel-construction factory use. The thickness design & manufacture is 0.8mm~1mm even which is more popular to be used at this field to replace the traditional FRP sheet. Softlite adopt the same thickness & structure design to raise the Rigidity & straight and reduce the cost of PC raw material. The application of embossed PC sheet with the sunshade effect which could reduce the heat penetration : the surface and appearance of Regular PC flat sheet only could be produced like the transparency of regular glass or only could be produced by embossed design . Each of these two different sheet just could be designed and produced individually which could not be put on the single sheet at the same time.
