1>ORIGIN CHILE :

COMMODITY/PRODUCT: Copper Cathode 99.99% rejection 99.96%

PACKING: Palletized banded by aluminum bands

DESTINATION PORT: CIF ASWP

SHIPMENTS: 1000-5000 MT

PRICE: LME – 11% CIF ASWP

FIRST DELIVERY IN THE TERM OF: 45/60 days in destination port

Inspection : Independent International Survey Company “SGS”, CIQ, CCIC at Seller’s expense in loading port and Independent International Survey Company “SGS”, CIQ, CCIC at buyers expense at discharge port

Payment Terms : Buyer issues Standby Letter of Credit/or BG/ or RDLC for each monthly shipment and Payment 100% against shipping documents upon arrival & re-inspection of goods at destination port by SGS or its equivalent.

Performance Bond : 2% by the seller

2>ORIGIN CONGO/ZAMBIA:

Packing: Palletized banded by aluminum bands

Loading Port: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

Discharging Port: As designated by Buyer.

Total Quantity: 1000 MT-10000 MT

Price: 11% less LME Price, CIF ASWP .

Delivery : Within 25-30 days after signing of contract

PROCEDURE

A. Buyer sends ICPO with soft probe provided via e-mail, fax or courier.

B. Seller FCO sent via e-mail, fax or courier.

C. The buyer receives the FCO, sign and seal and return to the Seller signed the LC draft for checking with my bank by e-mail, fax or courier.

D. The seller sends draft contract to the Buyer via e-mail, fax or courier.

E. Buyer verified, corrected and returned to Seller by e-mail, fax or courier.

F. Seller, check and if you agree, sign the contract and returned to the buyer via e-mail, fax or courier.

G. Buyer verifies that the contract is approved, signed, notarized before sealing the bank.

H. Within three days the contract must be returned to Seller by e-mail, fax or courier.

I. After the contract sent to the seller, this renders the invoice and send to the Buyer via e-mail, fax or courier.

J. After receiving the invoice from the Seller to the Buyer via e-mail, fax or courier, the Purchaser shall issue within five working days of receiving the invoice, the LC operations and assets transferable, irrevocable, I have divided the condition Pay 100% when the load is on the destination port introducing CIQ or SGS to ensure their quality and sent to the seller via e-mail, fax or courier.

K. Seller shall deliver the proof of the product within 3 working days to the Buyer via e-mail, fax or courier to the Buyer's tranquility. After verification of the letter of credit will be able to be operable. LC must be from a bank Top 25 U. S. or Europe. L. From the receipt of the LC, the period of 45/60 days delivery begins to run.

M. After the first vessel arrived at the destination, subsequent deliveries will become the last 30/35 days delivery. So with all the monthly deliveries to fulfill the contract
